Yes. All website builds start at $10,000 and are quoted per project after an initial mandatory discovery phase.

Before we begin any design or development, we start with a dedicated Discovery Phase to make sure we’re aligned and set up for success. This Discovery Phase is priced at $1,000, which is an investment ensures your website is thoughtfully scoped and strategically planned — and the fee is credited toward your final project cost if we move forward.

What is your contract policy?

We start with a three-month contract, then move to a month-to-month setup with no long-term commitment. We believe in earning your business through good work, clear communication, and real results. To give the partnership a real shot, we ask for a three-month window. This gives us the time to study your account, gather data, make smart changes, and give your campaigns the best chance to succeed. One month just is not enough to do this the right way.

How quickly can you launch campaigns after I sign up?

Typically, we can launch campaigns within 7-10 days of receiving your completed onboarding form. The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on the complexity of your setup.

What does the onboarding process involve?

Once we receive your onboarding form, our team will schedule a call with you to develop your strategy and begin setting up your campaigns.

Are we a good fit for each other?

We don't work with every business that approaches us. We carefully evaluate each potential client to ensure we can deliver meaningful results for your specific situation. It's important that we're mutually a good fit for success.

What information do you need from me to get started?

Our clients’ monthly ad spend usually ranges from $1,000 to $250,000. Every business is different and has its own goals and budget, so there is a wide range. For Google Ads, we recommend starting with at least $1,000 a month. This gives your campaigns a real chance to perform well and get meaningful results.

Can I start with a smaller budget and scale up later?

Yes, many clients begin with a modest budget to test results before increasing investment. We focus on optimization first, then strategic scaling once we identify what works best.

Do I need a substantial budget to see results?

Not necessarily. While larger budgets allow for faster testing and scaling, we can work with reasonable starting budgets and optimize from there. Our goal is to generate positive results regardless of your ad spend level.

Can you guarantee a specific ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)?

We don't promise specific ROAS figures because results vary by client, industry, and market conditions. What we do guarantee is constant communication, daily campaign optimization, and a dedicated team working to improve your results while reducing costs.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend or a flat fee?

Our prices are fixed. For Google Ads management, we offer full management for up to $15K ad spend, plus $250 for every additional $5K ad spend.

How do you allocate my budget across different platforms or campaigns?

Budget allocation is customized based on your business goals, industry, and where your target audience is most active. We typically start with a strategic distribution, then adjust based on performance data to allocate more budget to the highest-performing channels and campaigns. We maintain transparency about how your budget is being invested.

Will I maintain ownership of all assets if we stop working together?

Yes, everything will belong to you—ad accounts, creatives, and campaigns. If you decide to manage your ads yourself in the future, we'll ensure a smooth transition, that is all in our contract.

What if I already have someone running my ads?

No problem. We can audit your existing campaigns to identify what's working well and what needs improvement. Based on this analysis, we'll either optimize your current setup or build new campaigns from scratch.

Can I pause or adjust my ads if needed?

We're flexible. If you need to pause campaigns, adjust your ad spend, or take a break, simply let us know. We can work together to refine your strategy and prepare for a strong relaunch.

Who typically works on my account?

Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as your primary point of contact, supported by our team of specialists in campaign management, creative design, and analytics. Your account manager will coordinate all aspects of your campaigns and keep you informed throughout our partnership.

Will I have access to my ad accounts and analytics?

Absolutely. We provide you with owner-level access to all your advertising accounts and analytics platforms. We believe in complete transparency, so you'll always have visibility into campaign performance and how your budget is being spent.

We provide updates through Loom videos detailing your campaign performance. We're also available for calls whenever you want to discuss results in more detail.

How do I know this will work for my business?

How Contracts and Policies Work

How long is the contract for?

The contract starts with a three-month commitment. After that, it moves to a month-to-month setup. We do not take on clients without this initial three-month commitment because it gives us the time we need to deliver strong results, build a solid foundation, and create a professional working relationship.

How do I cancel the contract?

After the first 3 months, you can cancel by sending written notice at least 30 days before you want to end it. You must email your notice to scale@reachgiant.com, and we have to confirm we received it.

What happens if I cancel early, before 3 months is up?

You would still need to pay for the full 3 months, even if you stop early. That’s because the time and work are booked and planned in advance.

Can ReachGiant cancel the contract?

Yes, if there is a serious problem like not paying or breaking the agreement. We would give you 5 days’ written notice to fix the issue first.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds for any reason once services have started. Payment is for our time, work, and expertise, not for a specific result.

What if I want to cancel but forget to give 30 days’ notice?

If you cancel without giving 30 days’ written notice, you may be charged for the next full billing cycle.

Can I move forward without a contract?

No, we do not start working with anyone without a signed contract. The contract is there to protect both sides and make sure we are clear on what is being delivered and when. It sets the foundation for a strong working relationship and helps avoid any confusion later on.
