This agreement is between ReachGiant LLC and the Client, starting on the agreed date.

Services

ReachGiant provides marketing services to help grow your business. This may include Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and related work based on your selected plan.

How we work

We manage, test, and improve your campaigns on an ongoing basis. We focus on clear strategy, strong execution, and steady improvement.We do not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on factors outside our control.

Payment

You agree to pay a monthly service fee based on your selected plan.Ad spend is separate and paid directly to platforms such as Google and Meta.If payment is missed, services may be paused until payment is updated.

Term

Minimum 3 month commitment.After this, it continues on a month to month basis.10 days notice is required to cancel after the initial term.

Ownership

You own your accounts, data, and brand assets.ReachGiant retains ownership of its internal methods and systems.

Communication

We aim to provide a clear and high quality experience. You agree to provide access, feedback,and approvals when needed.

General

ReachGiant is not responsible for platform issues or external factors outside our control.
