These terms apply to all services provided by ReachGiant LLC.
ReachGiant provides marketing services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and related work. The exact scope depends on the plan agreed with the client.
Marketing results are not guaranteed. Performance depends on factors outside our control such as market conditions, competition, and platform changes.
All service fees are billed monthly.
Ad spend is separate and paid directly by the client to platforms such as Google and Meta.
If payment fails or is late, services may be paused until payment is updated.
All outstanding balances remain due.
Due to the nature of marketing services, no refunds are provided once work has started.
Payment is for time, strategy, and management, not specific results.
There is a minimum 3 month commitment.
After this, services continue on a month to month basis.
10 days written notice is required to cancel.
If proper notice is not given, the next billing cycle may be charged.
If the client cancels during the initial term, all remaining fees for that term are due.
The client agrees to provide access, information, and approvals needed for the work.
Delays from the client may affect performance and timelines.
The client is responsible for their advertising accounts and spend.
ReachGiant is not responsible for account bans, disapprovals, or platform actions.
The client owns all accounts, data, and brand assets.
ReachGiant retains ownership of its internal methods, systems, and processes.
ReachGiant is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or performance outcomes.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
Both parties agree to keep all shared information private.
ReachGiant may pause or terminate services in cases of non payment or breach.
All outstanding fees become due upon termination.
ReachGiant operates as an independent contractor.
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of services means acceptance of the
latest version.
